Kerry Favero-Rivera, Founder of Coastal Leadership Partners, LLC, is an accomplished organizational strategist, corporate leader, and decorated military veteran. She focuses on strengthening organizational missions, modernizing corporate operations, and leading initiatives for continuous organizational improvement.

An expert in workforce culture, leadership development, and strategic growth, Kerry has steered high-impact initiatives across Federal, State, and County agencies. Her extensive global and domestic experience spans heavy industry, security, and commercial markets, including manufacturing, automotive, oil and gas, production, healthcare, and diplomatic networks.

She maintains several professional certifications in corporate strategy and behavioral assessments, bringing deep expertise and passion to helping company leadership achieve their strategic goals.

Kerry is also a staunch Veteran Advocate. She served as the Co-Chair of Accenture Federal's Military ERG and founded the Koniag Government Services Military ERG. Her military background profoundly shapes her approach to mission-driven corporate leadership and teamwork. In late 2025, she was honored as the Business Leader of the Year at the U.S. Forces in Business Awards, a global program celebrating exceptional veteran leadership in the civilian workforce.

Al Rivera is a veteran organizational change management leader and enterprise transformation expert who specializes in human capital strategy and high-stakes digital transitions.

Building on a distinguished career in the United States Navy, he transitioned his leadership skills into the corporate sector as a senior IT management consultant. Throughout his career, he has architected global change frameworks, directed large-scale systems integrations, and advised executives across public sector, defense, and healthcare environments.

His strategic methodology is deeply rooted in his studies of Industrial-Organizational Psychology, allowing him to seamlessly align workplace culture with technical adoption.
